1. Introductory provisions
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to contain the rights and obligations of the Consumer (hereinafter referred to as "Consumer") using the services provided by R A Y'S Studios. Lay down the principles of registration, cancellation, participation, contract conditions and data management for classes and courses and workshops of R A Y' S Studios (hereinafter: Service Provider). The GTC applies to all legal transactions and services that the Consumer can use. R a Y's Studios and Consumer are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Parties".

3. General Terms
We offer the possibility to participate in classes and courses of the Service Provider based on the website of R A Y'S Studios or by personal login.
Registration for classes and courses is possible by personal arrangement. By purchasing, the Consumer declares that he accepts the terms of these GTC and the Privacy Policy published on the website, and consents to the data processing contained in the Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider handles the data of Consumers in accordance with the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.
The language of the contract is Hungarian. This document does not qualify as a written contract, its content is not filed and archived, so it cannot be accessed or retrieved afterwards. Upon registration on web or at the studio with a registration form, see paragraph 4.
Our classes and courses are primarily recommended for adults, children under the age of 18 can only participate in the sessions with parental consent and/or supervision.
4. Application
The condition for the Consumer's participation in classes and courses is registration in person or through our website.
By providing the e-mail address during registration, the Consumer agrees that our studio will notify him of any changes related to the given hour by e-mail and will automatically subscribe to our newsletter by providing the e-mail address, can be cancelled with one click by selecting the "Unsubscribe from newsletter" option at the bottom of the newsletter.
5. Use of day tickets, season tickets, payment information
- The validity of season tickets/day passes and the prices of services can be found on the website in the menu item "Timetable and prices".
- Prices may vary by pass type.
- If the Consumer has not fulfilled his payment obligation towards the Service Provider on any grounds, the Service Provider is entitled to refuse to perform its services until such time as it is fulfilled.
- The Service Provider shall not be obliged to refund the price of the daily tickets/passes to the Consumer if there is a change in the life or health condition of the Consumer. Services may only be cancelled under the conditions set out in this GTC.
- All tickets are personal cannot be transferred to a 3rd party.
- Season tickets can be used within the period specified on the website, if they are not used, the value of the season ticket cannot be refunded.
- Prices are available in both HUF and Euro, not including VAT. The VAT rate is 27%.
- The Consumer pays the value of the service used to Calligraphy Health Kft.
- Purchases can be made in person in cash, by credit card, and in some cases, such as workshops and trainings, payment by bank transfer is also possible.
Online credit card payments are made in Stripe system. Bank card details will not be sent to the Service Provider.

In the comment box, please indicate the name of the person participating in the course or workshop with each transfer, as well as the exact name of the course or workshop. The invoice for the transfer will either be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of application or handed over in person.
6. STUDIO HOUSE RULES effective January 1st, 2024
- In classes and courses, we always start practicing on time. Be considerate of others, so please never disturb the practice by being late, especially not at the beginning of the time we turning inwards. If you are late, kindly wait quietly outside the door and join the practice only after tuning in, at the instructor's signal.
- We take care of harmony and silence in the studio and at the entrance. Please do not disturb the practice in the stairwell, in front of the hall door, or in the hallway by talking loudly. From arrival, focus on yourself not others.
- Practice is only about you, only for you. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR MOBILE PHONE into the practice area. There is no room for the outside world in the studio, including a switched-on mobile phone. Please either leave it in the locker room or bring it into the room only when it is switched off.
- We love harmony & order. Please help us maintain the beauty of the studio by putting what you took out back in place after practice.
- TEACHERS responsibility is to disinfecting the carpets with designated equipment. (Yoga mats tightly rolled up, blankets folded, glasses in the sink or machine, socks, towels in the designated collection area so that we can wash and store clean... etc). The use of all other devices (music player, air conditioning, heating...) is ALSO the responsibility of the instructor. ONLY. Please switch off and charge all video, audio equipment. The lecturers, teachers and persons present on site (therapist, masseur) are responsible for complete cleanliness, hygienic and orderly handover of the room, changing rooms, therapy room and closing.
- We pay attention to the keys to lockers. We always keep the keys to the cabinets in the lock.
- We keep lost & found items for one month, but our storage options are limited. If you have not applied for your lost items, we will offer them to the various charities.
- Protect our planet. There are recycling bins in the studio. Please throw plastic, paper and metal into them so that we can contribute to an environmentally conscious, sustainable humanity.
- If you feel sick, cough or have a fever, choose our online classes for the sake of your fellow practitioners!
- If any damage occurs, a record must be drawn up. R A Y'S Studios is responsible for the correction of defects in the studio and equipment, in which case the amount of the damage shall be transferred to the person causing the damage.
7. Practice Course
- The practices operate with a limited number of individual or small groups, so the Service Provider cannot guarantee the participation of the Consumer in the selected practice without prior registration.
- In case of private classes, the cancellation process is as follows: If the Consumer registers for a class but is unable to attend it, he has the opportunity to cancel it 6 hours before the start of the class without consequences. However, within 6 hours of the start of the lesson, you can no longer do this free of charge, full practice price will be charged.
- Classes are 60 or 90 minutes long.
- The Service Provider always starts the classes on time, therefore it cannot guarantee the participation of the Consumer in the class in case of delay.
8. Health risks, liability
Each Consumer participates in the classes and/or courses provided by the Service Provider at his/her own risk, using the services provided by the Service Provider at their own risk, knowing his/her own health condition. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage. Exercises can be stressful and carry a risk of injury. The Service Provider is not a healthcare provider, its contributors do not provide health advice or make diagnoses.
If you have any health complaints, consult a specialist. It is the consumer's own personal and mental state assessment that is his own individual responsibility. It is the responsibility of the Consumer not to exceed the limits of their physical capacity during practice.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any accidents caused by the Consumer's own fault or the fault of another. Consumer in case of possible injuries, except for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence specifically caused by the Service Provider. In all cases, a report of the accident involving personal injury will be drawn up on the spot, which will be recorded by the instructor present and, if necessary, by other participants of the course, The person present authenticates with his signature.
Lecturers independent of the Service Provider also hold workshops, courses and workshops in the studio. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any kind of service provided by them.
9. Access to workshops
Even for workshops/short courses, prior registration is always required, with advance payment or full payment, according to the details published when the course is announced.
In case of advance payment, the remaining course fee shall be paid by the Consumer no later than the first time on the spot.
The cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation 3 days before the start date of the workshop/short course, the Service Provider will refund the amount of the advance payment to the Consumer.
- In case of cancellation between 3 days before the start date of the workshop/short course and the day before the initial day, the Consumer will lose the amount of the advance payment, but will not be obliged to make any further payment.
- In case of cancellation on the starting day of the workshop/short course, the Consumer is obliged to pay the full fee to the Service Provider.
- If the workshop / or short course is cancelled by the Service Provider, the full amount paid will be refunded to the Consumer or may be used for another product or service provided by the Service Provider (e.g. season ticket purchase, gift voucher purchase), but the Service Provider is not obliged to provide any other compensation.
- If the Consumer does not attend the first lesson of the course, the course may be joined no later than the second time, but not thereafter. In this case, the Consumer may not participate in the course. In this case, too, the Consumer is obliged to pay the full price of the workshops/course.
The Service Provider processes the data of visitors to workshops / short courses in accordance with the conditions contained in the Privacy Policy, which can also be found on its website.
10. Use of retreats
Even in the case of retreats, advance registration is always required, with advance payment or payment of the full amount, according to the details published when the retreats are announced.
In case of advance payment, the remaining fee must be settled by the Consumer on the spot at the latest before the start of the retreat.
The cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation 30 days before the start date of the withdrawal, the Service Provider will refund the amount of the advance payment to the Consumer.
- In case of cancellation between 30 days before the start date of the retreat and the day before the beginning of the retreat, the Consumer will lose the amount of the advance payment, but will not be obliged to make any further payment.
- In case of cancellation on the initial day of the withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to pay the Service Provider the full fee.
- In case of cancellation 30 days before the start date of the withdrawal, the Service Provider will refund the amount of the advance payment to the Consumer. In case of cancellation between 30 days before the start date of the retreat and the day before the beginning of the retreat, the Consumer will lose the amount of the advance payment, but will not be obliged to make any further payment.
- If the withdrawal is cancelled by the Service Provider, the full amount paid will be refunded to the Consumer or may be used for another product or service provided by the Service Provider (e.g. season ticket purchase, gift voucher purchase), but the Service Provider is not obliged to provide any other compensation.
The Service Provider handles the data of the participants of the retreat in accordance with the conditions contained in the Privacy Policy, which can also be found on its website.
General Rules of Participation
The opportunity to participate in classes and/or courses provided by the Service Provider is open to anyone according to these general terms and conditions, with the following restrictions.
The instructor present on behalf of the Service Provider acting on behalf of the Service Provider is entitled to exclude from participation in classes and/or courses/camps or retreats, in particular those who
- does not comply with basic hygiene conditions, his personal hygiene or state of health clearly endangers the health and comfort of other participants of the sessions; mandatory, endangers the physical integrity of participants by his/her conduct, either intentionally or with gross negligence;
- does not comply with the House Rules or may cause material or other damage there;
- violates the basic ethical rules of social cooperation by his/her behavior, deliberately hinders or prevents the course of sessions. studio, deliberately or repeatedly violates safety rules;
The Service Provider reserves the right to deny the participant the opportunity to register for further classes in advance if it has excluded the participant from participating in classes and/or courses or retreats for the above reasons.
In case of exclusion from the service, the Consumer is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee, and the Service Provider is entitled to demand payment of the fee not yet paid.
Participants are entitled to use the studio, its equipment and the equipment provided exclusively for the purposes set out in this contract, at their own risk and for their intended purpose, and shall be liable for any damages incurred therein in connection with their conduct.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items stored in lockers. The Service Provider shall not assume any liability for the theft, damage or destruction of objects brought into its territory.
12. Other provisions
- FORCE MAJEURE: if R A Y'S Studios or the Service Provider is unable to fulfil its obligations related to the provision of the Service for reasons beyond its control and not attributable to it, this shall not be considered a breach of contract. Such a situation, known as force majeure, includes, in particular: war, civil insurrection, strike, riot, natural disaster, fire, explosion, interruption of electricity supply, interruption or interruption of leased line service, state of emergency, epidemiological situation or any other similar unavoidable situation). In case of force majeure, R A Y'S Studios or Service Provider shall be released from its liability for non-performance or partial non-performance of its obligations to the extent and for such a period as force majeure significantly hinders or makes performance impossible.
- The website of R A Y' S Studios, its content and any part thereof are protected by copyright. Only Calligraphy Health Infinity Kft. is entitled to exercise the rights related to this. You may not use, reproduce, transfer, distribute, adapt, or store all or part of the content of this website in any form without prior written permission.
- R A Y' S Studios is entitled to send newsletters to the Consumer if the Consumer has given his or her prior, unambiguous, explicit and voluntary consent by providing the relevant data and accepting the data management policy. The applicant is entitled to request deletion from the list of newsletter subscribers at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by mail, email or by using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletters.
- R A Y'S Studios is not obliged to check whether the data provided by the Consumer when giving consent is true or correct.
- The website may contain links to other websites. The Service Provider is not responsible for the data management practices of other websites, the information and services contained therein, and excludes any liability for damages caused or likely to be caused by other websites accessible via the links.

- R A Y'S Studios may initiate the procedure of a conciliation body for the simple, quick out-of-court settlement of disputes (consumer dispute) arising against R A Y'S Studios or Calligraphy Health Infinity Kft.
In case of a complaint, the Consumer shall contact the Conciliation Body competent at his place of residence or residence, or, in the absence of a domestic domicile or residence, to the conciliation body competent according to the registered office of the Service Provider (Budapest Conciliation Board (seat: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.; postal address: 1253 Budapest, Pf.: 10.; e-mail address: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu, phone number: +36 (1) 4882131.)
- Matters not regulated in these general terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
- These general terms and conditions apply to the Consumer in accordance with the text in force at the time of purchase.
- R A Y'S Studios or Calligraphy Health Infinity Kft. is entitled to unilaterally modify the offer, distribution and menu system of its website.
- R A Y'S Studios or Calligraphy Health Infinity Kft. is entitled to unilaterally modify the terms of these GTC at any time.

Free
- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 1 month before the retreat start date.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival. If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to a month before retreat start date.
Flexible
- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival. If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before retreat start date.

- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.

If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.

When purchasing a retreat through our site, one of these respective cancellation policies will apply to your purchase.
Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand each cancellation policy, and to clearly know which policy has been chosen by each respective retreat.
We understand that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on with what you've planned. If you're totally sure you aren't able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel. Then, it's always nice to reach out to the retreat owner as a courtesy.
- Our Intention
It's our intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to join our retreat, while balancing the administrative and business realities of those who run retreats.
- Cancellation Disputes
In the case of a dispute, it must be request is for both parties to solve the issue first. This is done by approaching any that comes up with understanding, flexibility, compassion, and forgiveness.
From that place, a solution can always be found.
Workshops
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive 50 % refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event no refund.
14. CLASSES
Due to limited spaces, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a gift certificate to attend a future class. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
These GTC. January 1st, 2024 shall enter into force on the date of entry into force.
